Costume Consignment Program
Acceptance Policy and Terms
* Costumes must be free of rips, stains, tears, and odors (smoke or other).
* Costumes must be suitable for resale to accommodate the need for a solo and/or duet costume.
* ETD reserves the right to accept or refuse any costume based on our determination of market need.
* Consignment length is 45 days or as otherwise agreed to by consignee and ETD. ETD will contact consignee for pickup of item after this time. If item is not picked up within 10 days, item will become the property of ETD.
* Upon consignment agreement, consignee and ETD will agree on selling price. Upon sell of the item, 40% of the selling price will be paid to the consignee in the form of store credit or company check payable to the consignee.
